Welcome to Rabbitt Realty. I am Bette Rabbitt, the broker and owner of Rabbitt Realty, LLC. It is my goal to help buyers and sellers to navigate the entire real estate process, with the fewest problems and in the quickest time.
As your chosen estate professional, I provide the latest real estate technology to assist you in determining the fair market value of your existing property, create a strategic marketing plan and help with finding your next home. As a member of the the Sarasota/Manatee Board of Realtors and the Stellar MLS system, I provide links to a variety of Realtor search applications. As a buyer, it is important to be aware of all of the information regarding the most current listings. It is my responsibility to find answers to all your questions and arrange appointments to inspect the properties, as soon as possible. It is a fast paced real estate market and you don’t want to miss out! Experience matters! I have earned both my CRS and GRI designations, which only 2% of all real estate agents nationwide, have accomplished. This provides buyers and sellers, with my in-depth training in technology, an important understanding of legal issues and the management of the entire sales transaction. Along with 40 years of experience, I have advanced knowledge of real estate contracts, needed documents, specialized terms of sale and excellent negotiating skills.
